Every image, with its licence

Only real archival material. No AI-generated or recoloured images are used as archival material; colour originals are shown in black and white and say so. Nothing goes on the site without a line here.

Intro film (v4)

The film credits its sources on its end card. The same list, with the status of our own source check: a row marked [TO VERIFY] is not yet in our photo register.

Photographs and clips (register)

Everything the site is allowed to show, from two registers: assets/photos/sources.csv (per file) and assets/archive/collection.csv (the central collection of period black-and-white material). A file not in these lists cannot appear on a page: the build refuses it.
